Bellydance Fringe Belt

The fringe is made of nylon string (3 ply, 18 guage). It's a bit heavier than the rayon or nylon thread usually used to create fringe or tassels. But this string has great movement and flow with the skirt. It really twirls out and up when spinning. The fringe is attached to a cloth base. Belt base material (the pink and light blue section) from a craft kit was sewn on top for decoration and to add strength. It clasps with velcro. Over the top I'm wearing my blue tassel belt.
